  • Store performance data and analytics
  • Abandoned cart information
  • Product and inventory data
  • Order and transaction information
  • Customer contact information (phone numbers, names) for message delivery
  • Message delivery status and engagement metrics
  • Integration data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and third-party logistics providers
  • Usage data, logs, and technical information

4.2 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 Case Studies and Marketing

Pilot Program participants agree to allow us to publish performance results in anonymized or attributed case studies. We will obtain explicit consent before using your company name or identifiable information in public materials.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription
  • Transaction and order data is retained for up to 7 years for accounting purposes
  • Analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form
  • When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days

8. SMS Communications and Consent

Our Service sends SMS messages to your customers for abandoned cart recovery. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper consent from customers before sending SMS messages
  • Complying with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and other applicable laws
  • Providing clear opt-out mechanisms in all messages
  • Maintaining records of customer consent

We provide tools to help you comply with SMS regulations, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with you as the merchant.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Klaviyo, and 3PL providers. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
